In addition to our popular Repair and Maintenance course and Wheelbuilding courses, we’ve now also introduced a DIY Maintenance course specially developed for first time bicycle owners. For professional mechanics there is a brand new Suspension Fork and Shock Absorber service course whilst wheelbuilders can now attend an Advanced Wheelbuilding course for those extra-difficult and special wheels.

For the ladies there is a ladies-only version of the DIY Maintenance course.

PowerTap bearing replacement.

We now replace PowerTap hub bearings.

Suspension Fork and Shock Servicing

Another new specialised service we’ve added is suspension fork and shock absorber servicing. We service and repair all makes, including Rock Shox, Fox, Manitou and Marzocchi. Our turnaround time is the best in the industry and our work is guaranteed. In addition, we teach professional mechanics the ins and outs of fork servicing. Our service is available to bike shops or the general public.

We perform all types of routine servicing and repairs on all popular brands of suspension forks including Rock Shox, Marzocchi, Fox and Manitou.		We specialise in servicing front or rear suspension components including frame elements such as bearings and pivots.
