Cross my heart, if I build you a wheel and the spokes break or the wheel develops a wobble or the wheel fails due to poor workmanship, I’ll fix it for free. If you ride along and somehow your pump engages with the spokes and one or two snap, I’ll fix it for a fee.

Further, I offer you a free tune-up for the life of your wheel. Should your wheel ever go out of true, be it from a little accident or any reason whatsoever, I'll true it for free. All you have to do is carry the burden of getting the wheel to me and back. However, I'll do the job while you wait. If you're lucky, you may even get a free cup of coffee.

My guarantee is as simple as that. I don’t care how many miles you ride or whether you ride a tandem or weigh 200kgs. Your wheels are guaranteed for life. Wear and tear, such as rims worn through on the brake surfaces or, hubs with damaged bearings don’t count.
